Tommy is an absolutely fantastic trainer to work with.

The in-home training is so helpful because I would never go to the gym. I always had a reason to drive by it.

With Tommy's in-home service I keep my workout appointments and my wife keeps hers. We have worked with Tommy for over 5 years and would not work out with anyone else.

He is never demeaning or abusive. Tommy tailors our workouts to our age and strengths and weaknesses..he designs our workouts uniquely for each of us. Tommy is very personable and willing to chat openly with us between breaks..this has built rapport and improved my motivation and drive during workouts.

I used to avoid any physical activity before working out with Tommy. Now every cruise we go on we schedule at least two bike tours as part of our excursions. I VERY STRONGLY recommend Tommy's at home workouts. Give it a try..we did and we are so glad we did.

Tommy worked with me on my diet for several months. He was very detailed and methodical.

He started the process by gathering information on my existing diet, then tailored a plan for me to improve on several aspects: reduce what was excessive (sodium, fat, carbs) and increase what was lacking (protein, protein, protein).

Tommy changed my life. Before I met him, I had 2 trainers - neither could get me to my ideal weight. They weren’t bad trainers, but they didn’t motivate me like Tommy did outside the gym.

He told me you have to be strong and extremely disciplined for 2 months and I promise if you do what I say you'll be at your ideal weight. And he was right.

Tommy organized a "Biggest Loser" contest for his clients. He was determined to have his team win which meant he was very strict - in a good way. Each week we had to weigh in, show our food diary, and eat only what was on his food list. Trust me, it was hard but he made me so determined and confident that we together could get to my ideal weight.

After 2 months, I lost about 15 lbs and I was in the best shape of my adult life! Thank you Tommy!

Tommy knows how to push you to your limit without putting you over the edge. He is going slow with me, but is still effective. I have no will power to exercise on my own or eat healthy, but he is incorporating little things slowly and it is working.

I have been with Tommy for almost 17 years. I work out twice a week(of course he would like it to be more) with 1 visit in person and the other remote which is exactly what works for my schedule. He makes me accountable to work out otherwise I wouldn't be doing anything. As I get older, many things hurt and he takes these pains into consideration in what I do each week as well as offering suggestions on how to help the pain or prevent it all together. He is a wealth of information for my health, wellbeing, exercise and nutrition even though I don't always follow it(my bad). I do appreciate how much he cares about me and all his clients! I consider myself pretty active and have had past gym memberships that included training advice.

However, I just have never achieved my goals nor could I maintain a program consistently. I recently registered for a Tough Mudder competition and after attending one of these events, I wanted to be in better condition for myself and my team. I met Tommy through a family member.

I am attending the weekly workout sessions at the Western Springs Rec Ctr and I am learning so many great and effective exercises. I am able to easily do these exercises at home as well and have seen some great results! In addition, Tommy is also providing advice on my diet.

He challenges you to challenge yourself - - my biggest lesson is that I will achieve the results only by the efforts that I put into the workout / diet. I am past due in writing this. Tommy was my trainer shortly after I was diagnosed with Lupus, I was taking a ton of medication and gained about 20 lbs. He did an amazing job of not only helping my self esteem, but gave me the tools to get me back to my baseline. Highly recommend, he can cater to whatever your situation. Thank you Tommy!
