Tommy Else - Personal Trainer

In-Home Personal Training

I’m Tommy Else, a Wellness Coach / Personal Trainer in Glen Ellyn, IL with 20 years of experience helping clients get stronger, and healthier.

I don’t train out of a gym — I come to you. In-home training means no distractions, no waiting on machines — just focused, personalized coaching that fits your life.

My background is unique: I’ve competed in bodybuilding and performed as a professional wrestler, giving me deep insight into physical transformation, discipline, and resilience.

I’ve worked with clients from ages 8 to 84 — from busy professionals losing weight, to older adults regaining strength and balance, to families building healthy routines together.

What I know is this: people don’t just need workouts. They need structure, support, and accountability. That’s what I provide.

If you’re ready for a different kind of training — one built around your goals and your life — let’s talk.

12-Week Personalized Training Program

Designed to deliver real, sustainable results — no crash diets, no generic workouts, no fluff.

You’ll get a fully personalized plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. Whether you're aiming to lose fat, build strength, improve balance, or just feel better day to day, I’ll coach you through every step.

Each 12-week cycle includes:

  • In-home personal training sessions (schedule based on your needs)

  • Customized nutrition guidance with weekly feedback and accountability

  • Support between sessions to keep you focused and on track

  • Flexible programming that adjusts with your progress

This program is built to fit your life — not disrupt it — and is ideal for anyone ready to commit to real change with the help of a coach who meets you where you are.
