My 12-week program is designed to deliver real, sustainable results — no crash diets, no generic workouts, no fluff.
You’ll get a fully personalized plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. Whether you're aiming to lose fat, build strength, improve balance, or just feel better day to day, I’ll coach you through every step.

ABOUT ME
I’m Tommy Else — a Personal Trainer based in Glen Ellyn, IL, with nearly 20 years of experience helping people get stronger, healthier, and more consistent.
I don’t train out of a gym, and that’s by design. I work with clients in their homes because that’s where real progress is made. No distractions, no waiting on machines — just focused, personalized coaching that fits into your life.
My background isn’t typical. I’ve competed in multiple bodybuilding competitions, where every calorie and rep had to count. I also spent years training and performing as a professional wrestler, which taught me how to build functional strength, stay disciplined, and perform under pressure.
Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of both physical transformation and mental resilience — and I bring that perspective into every client relationship.
Since starting this business, I’ve trained people from age 8 to 84. I’ve helped busy professionals lose weight and keep it off, older adults regain balance and confidence, and everyday people build sustainable routines that work.
What I’ve learned is this: people don’t just need a workout. They need structure, support, and someone who’s invested in their success.

Pricing
Every client begins with a FREE consultation and a FREE first workout — no pressure, no commitment. It’s a chance for us to meet, discuss your goals, and see how I work before making any financial investment.
Personal Training (12-Week Program)
I offer personalized, in-home training programs built around your goals, schedule, and location. Each program runs for 12 weeks, and the total cost is divided into three equal payments, billed every 4 weeks.
Standard Service Area
(Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Lombard, Carol Stream, Villa Park, Elmhurst, Downers Grove, Naperville)
2 sessions/week – $95 per session → $2,280 total
3 sessions/week – $90 per session → $3,240 total
Extended Service Area
(Locations outside the areas listed above)
2 sessions/week – $110 per session → $2,640 total
3 sessions/week – $100–$115 per session → $3,240–$4,140 total
Travel rate depends on distance and scheduling availability
Nutritional Guidance (12-Week Program)
A structured, hands-on nutrition program with weekly food log reviews, habit coaching, and realistic goal setting. This can be added to training or purchased on its own.
Add-on with training – $300 (one-time payment)
Standalone program – $400 (one-time payment)
Premium Training Option
This plan is for clients who train 4 to 5 times per week and need greater scheduling flexibility.
4–5 sessions per week
Ideal for clients with high-frequency training goals
Includes priority scheduling support
Starts at $4,500 for 12 weeks
All of my clients receive the same level of attention and accountability — this option simply reflects a higher training frequency and flexible calendar accommodations.
Custom Workout Plan – $50 Per Session Design
Need guidance but not ready for full in-person training, or already train on your own? I now offer custom-designed individual workouts tailored specifically to your goals, equipment, space, and experience level.
Each plan includes:
A complete, goal-oriented workout (strength, conditioning, mobility, etc.)
Exercise selection based on what you have access to
Clear rep/set instructions
Optional notes for modifications or progressions
Whether you're training at home, at a gym, or on the road, this is a great option to stay structured and intentional with your workouts.
